Telehealth Video Conference Counseling
Nate Webster is a Telehealth therapist only for those living in Florida and a life coach to those living around the country. Telehealth allows people to meet through audio and video over the internet like a real counseling session, but without an office and without having to leave the comfort of your home.
Why Should I Try Telehealth?
I love being a Telehealth only therapist because it means no waiting and travel time, and you won’t have to take time off work or other priorities in order to receive great counseling care. Plus, it’s 100% HIPAA compliant and secure.
Telehealth is also a great option right now for those who are feeling unwell, who are taking extra precautions, or who cannot easily leave their home for other reasons.
What Can I Expect of My Telehealth Session?
Just like a face-to-face appointment, your Telehealth visit will be private and confidential. I will conduct the session like an in-person appointment. None of our appointments will ever be recorded or stored and we will be using Telehealth by Simple Practice which is encrypted and HIPPA compliance.
How Do I Book a Telehealth Session?
Click “Appointments Tab”
Select Either New Client or Existing Client
Book an Appointment
For Location, Select “Video Office” - may not always be applicable.
You will receive an email that includes a link for the Telehealth Video Session. You can also login to the portal at any time, and a “Join Video” button will be located in your appointment events.

Tips for Your First Telehealth Session:
Find a quiet room. Minimize background noise as much as possible.
Be comfortable. Select an area where you can sit comfortably during your session.
Privacy is key. Let others know not to disturb you during your session, or post a “Do Not Disturb” sign on your door.
Internet connection matters. Ensure you have internet connection that is at least 10 mbps. Check your internet speed using: https://www.google.com/search?q=speed+test
Set up camera. Make sure your device’s camera is pointed at eye-level and is located 1 to 4 feet in front of you.
